By introducing one apartment owner to another apartment owner, one of the owners was able to double their apartment portfolio. The loans were financed through a local commercial bank.

By offering to place one call to one lender in the final hours of the decision process, we helped an investor group obtain mortgage refinancing for a market rate apartment in Ohio. When you know how to present a client’s financing need and the property characteristics and who to call to work on a deal FAST, it is easy to help borrowers achieve their goals. A life insurance company financed this loan in under 45 days.
 

HISTORIC BUCKEYE BUILDING
 

By offering to inquire into institutional financing in an urban area, we helped an investment group obtain mortgage refinancing for a market rate apartment from an institutional lender for a property located in Downtown Cleveland. Freddie Mac’s creative financing suggestions helped to open the doors for revitalizing more interest in an urban area.
 

VILLAGE GATES OF DELAWARE
 

When a new construction project has been finished and successfully leased, real estate owners have many options on where they can go for permanent financing. Our Fannie Mae DUS lender helped this owner in Columbus obtain long-term financing, and has provided exceptional servicing since the loan closed.
